How do I book an event or service?
- We are so excited to be part of your special moments! There are a few ways you can contact us; via email, phone or on the contact page here on our website!
How soon do I have to place an order for you to deliver and decorate my ​event?
- We kindly asked that you provide as much notice as possible. Party Popping Events require all decorating services and installations be scheduled at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. This is done to make sure that supplies/materials are ordered and everything will be exactly the way you envisioned. If we are available for a last minute order or to make balloon decoration changes, extra fees may apply.
Can I pick up my balloons?
- Yes, you can pick up for Grab and Go balloon garlands and small balloon bouquets only. Please keep in mind that many of our balloon decorations are too large to be picked up by our customers. As a result, a delivery fee will be applied to the service.
What areas do you service?
- Our company is based in Bradenton, Florida. Our servicing location includes Bradenton, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota, Florida. Give us a call to find out the delivery fee for your area.
What additional fees may apply?
- Delivery fees usually starts at $50 and depends on the distance of the event or the type of vehicle used for the delivery. Standard delivery zones are within 15 miles of our base. An additional $2 per mile will be assessed for areas beyond our standard delivery zones.
- Installation fees are free for simple constructions as balloon bouquets. However, a installation fee of $50.00, will be applied to decorations such as balloon garlands, columns, arches, backdrops and rentals.
- Strike fee. If you would like us to remove all the balloon decorations after the event, you will be charged with a striking fee of $50.00 (Events ending before 9:00 p.m.) and $80.00 (Events ending after 10:00 p.m.)
- Last minute orders (One day before or same-day orders) will be charged a rush fee of $100.00.
Do you offer consultations?
- Yes! We offer free 30-minute consulations. Consultations are conducted over the phone, in person or virtually. We will gladly show you some samples and offer ideas and suggestions for your special event. It is our goal to provide you with the best experience possible! We talked about my event, is my order confirmed?
- Conversations are not confirmations. Your service is not confirmed until the payment is received. For prop rentals, both signed agreement and payment must be received to secure your date.
How can I explain my vision?
- Inspiration pictures are perfect for sharing your vision with us! Pinterest and Instagram are great for this! Once we have an idea of your vision, we will work with you to bring that vision to life.
I want to cancel my order. Do I get a refund?
- Refunds of any kind will not be issued. All payments are non refundable, with the exception of security deposits for rental items. You may request to reschedule your event for another day, so long as the day is available and within 6 months of the original event date.
My event has been cancelled. Do I get a refund?
- You may request to postpone or reschedule your balloon order/rentals/personalized items up to 7 days before the date and time of the event. Refunds of any kind will not be issued. You may transfer your order to a different date, so long as the date is available and within six (6) months from the original event date. Any changes to original order, will be subject to additional fees.
I have my own balloons or DIY kit, can you use them for my event?
- Party Popping Events uses only the highest quality of balloons and materials. Unfortunately, we do not use customer supplied materials.
Can I provide my own balloons to be filled with air or helium?
- Unfortunately, we do not use client supplied materials. We do not fill balloons provided by our customers.
I have pets at home, can you still do a set up?
- We love our fur babies! We do service pet-friendly homes. However, we kindly ask that your pets be placed in a secured area during the installation and/or strike down process.
